Terra Cotta Cooking Pots
These Terra Cotta pots are designed to be used in the oven. This is basic, good-for-you family cooking. Food value stays in the pot because you do not pour off cooking fluids as you would if you boiled or steamed your vegetables. You need not add fat to prevent sticking. Meats are juicy and delectable without the addition of fat. Sizes range from 2.5 quarts to 4.5 quarts. The cook book comes with the pot. To order: please send me an email with your order.
